I am a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist; I am not a licensed physician or mental healthcare professional. My services are not intended to take the place of any medical, psychological or professional counseling and are not a substitute for medical treatment for any medical condition – physical or psychological. I provide treatment for diagnosed conditions (including pain management) only when accompanied by a written, signed referral or prescription from the client’s licensed healthcare professional, per Florida Statutes. If you are under the care of a physician or mental healthcare provider and wish to supplement that care with hypnosis, you must provide a signed referral or prescription from your treating physician or mental healthcare provider.
